An Agreement signing ceremony between Rice and Diversified Crops (RDC) project of ACDIVOCA and ACI Seed held on 28 January 2019 at ACDIVOCA Office. Dr. F H Ansarey, Managing Director and CEO, ACI Agribusiness and Mr. Cuan Opperman , Chief of Party, RDC Project signed the agreement to explore a new dimensional business model by creating rice seedling entrepreneurs in FTF Zone. Through this Project, ACI Seed enters into a new agri input business. Through this pilot project, ACI Seed will ensure quality seedling for the Entrepreneurship Model. Entrepreneurs will receive quality input, technology, training as well as finance along with day-to-day technical support for the seedbed preparation, seedling germination, quality management practice, and sales guarantee for produced seedling at a profitable price. ACI Seed will create a sales hub in rural market for easy access to quality seedling to end users (farmers) and work for market development. The entrepreneurs of this project will also act as brand promoters of ACI Seed.
