Due to climate change, flood has become a major challenge in many parts of our country. This year it has immensely affected the northern part of the country. Therefore, ACI Fertilizer’s Regional Manager and Area Executive for Rangpur along with their Marketing Officers initiated support activities for the helpless and flood-affected people in Nagesshori and Sadar of Kurigram district. With a boat carrying dry food such as - jaggery, flatten rice, puff rice, candles, matchboxes and biscuits for the kids, the team distributed support items among approximately 650 farmers of flooded ‘Chor’ areas in the region. The support from ACI Fertilizer has provided sheer joy and hope to survive in this adverse situation among the distressed people.
