ACI Fertilizer had arranged a star customer program at GTI Conference room of Bangladesh Agriculture University, Mymensingh on 18 September 2018. Top 30 bulk selling customers of Dhaka Zone were invited to this program. The aim of the event was to encourage the performance of ACI Fertilizer’s top bulk customers and to formulate a business plan for the upcoming season. Business Director Mr. Bashir Ahmed, along with Mr. Yusuf Alam, Asst. Marketing Manager; Mr. Firoz Hossain, Sales Manager; Mr. Arifur Rahman, Asst. Manager, Institution Sales; Area Managers & Marketing Officers of Dhaka Zone were present in this program. From 4 areas of Dhaka Zone, 4 customers received the champions’ trophy for the best performance in 2017-18. The customers were encouraged to share their experience regarding Ratno Fertilizer sales as well as their expectations, usefulness, obstacles and foreseeable opportunities to add new values to farmers’ lives through their business. ACI Fertilizer management team discussed their customer-oriented business plan on Ratno NPKS targeting upcoming Rabi Crops season. The event ended with a positive vibe from the participants.
