ACI Fertilizer organized a training program its Marketing Officers, Field Supervisors, and Area Managers. The training was held on 25 August 2020 at Dinajpur. The main focus was to equip Fertilizer filed force with relevant product knowledge and communication process with farmers, retailers, and dealers. National Sales Manager (NSM) Kbd Sadequr Rahman Sadik and Assistant Sales Manager Mr. Zillur Rahman Khan were present here. Kbd Sadequr Rahman Sadik discussed business ethics and emphasized on the communication process with different stakeholders. Mr. Zillur Rahman Khan focused on the product details targeting the ongoing season. Participants were also introduced with different methods of conducting any promotional activity.
