ACI Fertilizer’s Training for Recruits in Field Force at Cumilla

ACI Fertilizer organized a training session for the newly recruited Marketing Officers and Field Supervisors at Cumilla on 17 October 2020. The training was focused on product knowledge and communication process of the new officials with farmers, retailers, and dealers of fertilizer. Sales Manager Mr. Firoz Hossain and Product Manager Mr. Harun Or Rashid were present in the training session. Area Manager Mr. Audoy Sankar Das conducted the training. Mr. Firoz Hossain discussed business ethics and emphasized on stakeholder communication. Mr. Harun Or Rashid described the product details targeting the “Boro Season” and also added notes on the importance of promotional activity conduction.
