ACI Seed conducted a day long knowledge sharing meeting with 38 dealer and retailer at Kotchadpur, Jhenaidah focusing the newly launched product maize variety DEKALB BOSS. Technical resource person from Monsanto were present to share the insight of the maize variety. ACI personnel share the business incentive and target budget for the year 2019-20 to boost up sales accordingly. Dealers and retailers become more confident after participating in the knowledge sharing event.
A day long training on the technical issues of hybrid maize seed DEKALB Boss was conducted at Bogura by ACI Seed. In total 27 sales personnel, Product team from Head office, Sales Manager, General Manager Marketing & Sales, Business director were present in the training session. Technology Development Manager facilitated the training session where regional manager Monsanto Bangladesh gave his direction and views. Four territory manager were also present in the training session.
