ACI Seed will release Papiya Super Gold, a High Yielding Variety of bitter gourd, in the upcoming month of August. Developed through ACI’s own research, this new HYV will bring added values as its leaves are not rolled. Moreover, the vigorous plant is highly virus-resistant with better flower and fruit bearing capacity. As a result, higher yield is expected with uniform and attractive green colored fruits. It can be grown throughout the year with temperature above 15 degree Celsius. Yield takes 45-50 days. Papiya Super Gold will also bolster a viable solution for homestead vegetables gardening around the country.
