ACI Fertilizer has recently organized a discussion meeting at Sylhet AD office on 18 September 2018. Mr. Altabur Rahman, Additional Director of Sylhet Department of Agriculture Extension participated as the chief guest in the meeting. 4 Deputy Directors, 39 Upazila Agriculture Officers and 30 Agriculture Extension Officers from Sylhet region of DAE attended the session. The key objective of conducting the program was to pledge a platform between government agriculture officers and ACI Fertilizer personnel to promote balanced fertilization in Sylhet Region. Mr. Abdul Sabur Khan, Zonal Sales Manager; Mr. Aasdur Rahman, Asst. Product Manager; Mr. Hafizur Rahman, Area Manager and Marketing Officer of Habiganj conducted the session. They discussed the use of fertilizer in soil fertility, proper application of fertilizer to maximize yield, key ingredients for plant growth and nutrition, etc. The importance and application of Organic Fertilizer, Ratno NPKS Fertilizer and NEB had also been discussed in the session. NEB is the blend of natural root exudates that helps to increase microbial in the soil. It also reduces the usage of Nitrogen.
