On 11 August 2022, ACI Fertilizer arranged an orientation program for the local entrepreneur at Shantiganj, Sunamganj. There were twenty-five small entrepreneurs present in the program. Business Director Mr. Bashir Ahmed; Product Manager Mr. Harun Or Rashid; Sr. Production Manager Mr. Abu Sayed and other officials of ACI Fertilizer conducted this event. Mr. Anwarul Alam, Program Manager; Mr. Atikur Rahman, Field Coordinator, and Mr. Partho Kumar Roy represented iDE during the event.
ACI Fertilizer team shared the business opportunity with them, technical knowledge, and different strategies to scale up the Organic Fertilizer/Vermicompost Production. The participants expressed their satisfaction after attending this event and they became confident that they will be able to produce Organic Fertilizer/Vermicompost according to the technical guidelines which will help them to make wealth and better life.
In June 2022 ACI Fertilizer signed a collaboration agreement for Entrepreneurship Development for Organic Fertilizer/Vermicompost Production with iDE (International Development Enterprise). Based on the agreement, ACI will develop fifty organic fertilizer/vermicompost entrepreneurs in the four districts (Sylhet, Moulvibazar, Sunamganj, and Hobiganj) in Sylhet Division.
