ACI Seed is offering different varieties of seed potato named Diamant, Granula, Asterix, Cardinal, Algar, Courage, Musica, ACI Lal Pakri 1, and ACI Lal Pakri 2 across the potential potato growing zones of Bangladesh. ACI Seed produces the seed potato by using tissue culture technology from plantlet to final seed potato. Farmers are impressed with the quality of the seed potato offered by ACI Seed. Starting from November 2020, ACI Seed distributed seed potato across the country. Now the products are in the vegetative stage and showing promising performance in terms of growth, pest and disease resistance among other varieties. The overwhelming reaction of farmers is noticeable about the performance of ACI Seed potato at the field level.
