In December 2019, ACI seed conducted mega farmers meeting on hybrid maize promotion in the northern part of Bangladesh. Total 15 meetings were conducted where around 1050 farmers received information about hybrid maize seeds specially DEKLAB Boss and PAC 139 which is a late segmented maize variety of ACI. Relevant cultivation technology, agronomic practices and relevant pest and disease management issues were also discussed. ACI Seed’s field team along with head office personnel were present in the meeting.
ACI Seed also conducted sub-dealer meeting in Natore and Pabna on hybrid maize promotion. Total 40 retailers received information about hybrid maize PAC139 of ACI seed. General Manager, Marketing & Sales, Product manager- maize & potato, Product Executive- Field crops and field sales team were present in these meetings.
