ACI Seed conducted a day-long training on the production technology of inbreed rice seed. Around 20 staffs of inbreed rice seed production team received the training at ACI center on 28 January 2020. The main faculty of the training was Dr. M A Salam, Chief Rice Breeding Consultant, ASRBC. ACI training department extended their cooperation to take a training session on buying motive to build capacity of inbreed rice seed production team. The training was organized in association with RDC project of ACDIVOCA under the newly launched project “PROMOTION OF TWO NEW HIGH YIELDING RICE VARIETY”. The project’s aim is to promote BRRI dhan74 and RABI dhan-1 by creating demand for cultivation of these rice varieties amongst farmers and involving value chain actors for greater visibility in the market.
