ACI Fertilizer’s Tangail Area team organized a retailer training program of Ratno NPKS fertilizer on 22 December 2018. Asst. Marketing Manager, Asst. Manager, Institutional Sales, Area Manager, Marketing Officer, Dealer, and 40 Retailers participated in the day-long program. In the training program, the respective sales personnel discussed several things regarding the usefulness and application of NPKS Fertilizer and the benefits farmers can acquire from it. The retailers also discussed different topics and made queries on Ratno. They shared feedback on Ratno fertilizer which they had accumulated from farmers. ACI Fertilizer team focused on their discussion and assured to work on the required feedbacks. In the program, they also discussed Organic Fertilizer, Bioferti and its prospect in agriculture. The Retailers participated in a seasonal booking program to sell Ratno at a satisfactory level in Boro Season.
Moreover, Faridpur, Khulna, Barishal, Kishoreganj Area teams organized retailer training programs on Ratno NPKS Fertilizer to ensure knowledge sharing and organize seasonal booking sessions. Bogura, Rangpur and Nilphamari Area teams conducted several result demonstrations of Ratno on potato, vegetables, and other rabi crops.
Field Force also arranged road show, group campaign, and prescription points for Ratno in Rangpur, Bogura and Kushtia area.
