ACI Seed has arranged seven dealer workshops across the country in September 2018 aiming to strengthen the business relationship with customers. The main objectives of the countrywide dealer workshops were to establish ethical business communication, to acquaint with ACI Seed program, to extend the seed program, to notify the quality of ACI Seed, and to plan future business. The workshops were organized in Cumilla, Mymensingh, Barishal, Khulna, Chuadanga, Rajshahi, and Bogura during the period from 6 to 25 September 2018. Selected 300 prominent dealers from different areas attended the programs and shared their experiences with ACI Seed. Two SBUs of ACI Seed and product USPs were presented thoroughly in the programs and the presentations were delivered by Mr. Golam Mostafa, Portfolio Manager, Field Crop Seeds, and Mr. Abdullah Al Masud, Product Manager, Vegetable Seeds. They also showed the business strategies for a sustainable and profitable business with the available the products and services of ACI Seed. Sales Manager Mr. AKM Shahinur Rahman delivered his presentation on sales plan and services. Mr. Sudhir Chandra Nath, Head of Business, ACI Seed attended all the programs and delivered his thoughtful speech on business ethics and sustainability. He also showed the ways of win-win business relationships. All Regional Managers, Area Managers, Officers, and Products Executives actively participated in the programs.
