In September 2018, ACI Motors arranged its annual service campaign Program ‘Sonalika Day 2018’ throughout the country. The ACI Motors service team with the cooperation of sales and recovery team organized 71 Service camps throughout the country as a one-stop solution for Tractor service, checkup, and pre-season activation.
For greater customer engagement, different kinds of game-show, customer feedback session, and raffle-draw were included in the campaign. A lot of amazing gifts like t-shirts, caps, Sonalika mugs, attractive wooden wall clock, Premium Plastic container, Stylish plastic boxes were offered to the customers throughout the campaign.
In total, 692 units Tractors were booked in this service camp. Game show and complimentary lunch were arranged by ACI Motors for the customers who made bookings during the service camp. Moreover, 1649 units of Sonalika Tractors were serviced successfully by ACI Motors Service Team in September 2018 as part of the events.
Free health checkup by professional Doctor and medicines were also provided as part of the Sonalika Day 2018. Besides; three best Tractor experts in each Upazila received award certificate and gifts from ACI Motors during the service camp. The annual free service campaign is part of ACI Motors’ commitment to serve the community using its tractors at different localities.
