ACI Seed won the 1st prize in Pavilion Category in “National Vegetable Fair 2022” for demonstration of ACI’s Complete Vegetable Value Chain. The three-day-long fair started on 28 February 2022 at KIB Complex, Khamarbari, Farmgate. The fair was inaugurated by Krishibid Dr. Muhammad Abdur Razzaque, MP, Honourable Minster, Ministry of Agriculture. In the closing ceremony, Mr. Md. Sayedul Islam, Secretary. Ministry of Agriculture was the chief guest. Total 53 government and private organizations participated in the fair to showcase different technologies and technological excellence for innovation in vegetable production. ACI Seed has developed 37 varieties of 12 vegetables from its own research. ACI Seed had showcased 21 potato varieties in the fair. It is currently marketing 110 varieties of 39 vegetables. ACI Seeds’ demonstration at the fair has highlighted technology and the complete vegetable value chain to the visitors including policymakers, government and private organization’s officials, vegetable exporters, businessmen, and farmers.
