On 14 July 2017, ACI Fertilizer arranged its annual sales conference titled “Fertilizer Congress 2017-18.” This congress is the annual meet-up of Fertilizer’s Field Force with the Management team. The conference was at ACI Centre, Dhaka. Dr. F H Ansarey, MD and CEO of ACI Agribusiness inaugurated the Fertilizer Congress 20187-18. In his speech, he congratulated the ACI Fertilizer team for their significant effort towards the business. Business Director of ACI Fertilizer provided various key indications and guidelines for the sustainability and growth of the business. Portfolio Managers and Sales Manager also expressed their opinions regarding to sales and products. Three Zonal Managers, Three Area Managers, and Three Territory Officers were awarded for their outstanding performance in total sales, portfolio sales, and quality business delivery. The Fertilizer Congress 2017-18 escalated a positive attitude in the sales team. The conference ended with a dinner party followed by a cultural program.
