ACI Seed, in partnership with Helen Keller International under SAPLING project, distributed 429,075 packets of vegetable seeds to targeted 47,675 no. of beneficiaries in the hill areas like Bandarban Sadar, Rowangchori, Ruma, Lama and Thanchi Upazilla of Bandarban district for winter season 2018. The aims of the seed distribution were to increase production through quality seed, to ensure nutrition for the target population, and to make habituated with quality seed usage. All the distribution points were in remote areas and hard to reach. However, ACI Seed team managed the distribution process smoothly. Through such projects, market penetration and brand promotion of ACI Seed are ensured.
